Responsibilities
  • Coordinate work among team members and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Continuously monitor and ensure team productivity and adherence to standards during all shifts (morning, evening, night).
  • Prepare monthly and yearly performance reports.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during shifts.
  • Ensure team availability and readiness to handle all responsibilities 24/7.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in team management
